Travel tech company Sabre and leading AI platform provider HelloGbye are collaborating to provide newer intelligent automation solutions to corporate travel management companies worldwide. It’s their joint attempt to make travel management more efficient.

Sabre’s Partner Solutions VP, Marcos Pinedo, explained that their efforts would rid corporate travelers of unnecessary inaction. He said, “With HelloGbye’s AI-enabled technology, we’ll help corporate travel managers process email-based and text-based travel requests more efficiently. Corporate travelers will rarely have to complete online booking forms.” Pinedo added, “HelloGbye’s platform integrated with Sabre’s APIs lets travel management companies service channels that are typically time-consuming and tedious to manage. We’re paving the way for innovation through AI-Automation platforms like HelloGbye to provide increased value to our customers.”

Travel requests from employees are often forwarded through disorganized channels to travel managers. It’s estimated that 60 percent of these are unstructured emails. The ordeal of processing them is time-consuming and repetitive. It diverts the focus of travel managers from more pressing matters that are complex and service-oriented.

The integration of HelloGbye’s AI platform and Sabre’s supplier content APIs will speed up responses to travel requests by curating and ranking itinerary suggestions. This will reduce operating costs for businesses. Travel management provider will also be able to do the following:

  • Corporate policy can be personalized for different traveling employees

  • Travel managers can review, shop, and send multiple recommendations to travelers

  • Travel search results can be arranged based on corporate rates and traveler preference

  • Integrate with 3rd-party Cloud Platforms like Genesys, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Dynamics
